Holiday Inn Express Palm Desert by IHG

Hotel has good location. Breakfast is decent except for the cinnamon rolls, they are delicious! Room size is acceptable. The young woman at the the time I checked in (forgot her name) was very pleasant & helpful in providing IHG Rewards Dept phone number when I informed her of the problem I had trying to make online reservation. The system would not let me make a 3 night reservation. Very frustrating! I had to resort to another method for making the reservation.

This is fantastic for a two star hotel. Very clean, well situated and good breakfast and pool. Kind staff and if you have a room looking towards the front of the hotel, beautiful view of the mountains! Highly recommend for an affordable stay in the Palm Desert area. Also walkable distance to the grocery store.

Hotel is located in great, elegant and vibrant neigbourhood. Room was clean, big, well kept. All facilities (eg. fridge, coffee/tea set) were available. Free coffee/tea 24h. Free parking. Nice swimming pool and lobby. Hotel staff was great and nice.

One of my favorite things about this hotel was the view! I stayed on the 3rd floor! The beds were also super comfortable. We checked out the jacuzzi, pool and gym area and they were all amazing.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air con was a bit loud, so you couldn’t keep it on while sleeping. They have a huge selection buffet breakfast, which was included. It’s a great place if you need a quick cheap place to stay.
